Battle of Gettysburg
OK, alum. Many of you already know, but the central protagonist here, Pat Ralicki McGowan is now safely at home in NJ these last three months. Returning home on 8/18 from her contracting job with the NASD in Rockville MD, and staying with Fran Bardello Craig, approaching Gettysburg PA on Rt 15, her faithful auto rolled over. Thank goodness for angels and seatbelts. Other than black-and-blue on her thighs, neck and under-arm from the seatbelts, she was unscathed. The car started to shimmy, did a 360 rotation on the highway, followed by a 180 into the ditch, leaving her hanging upside down. Within a minute the angels showed up. She was taken to Gettysburg hospital, and was alert enough to call Marty as they put her in the ambulance!
We are well at home after almost 3 months. Pat is getting used to a almost-ready-to-retire lifestyle; she may well be. You can reach her at mailto:Pat@McGowans.Org

Hi- if the Fran Bardello you mentioned worked at C & P in the early sixties, I'd like to say Hi. I worked with her and was a friend.
